Preparation Time: 30 min
Cut and wash the kale and season with salt, pepper and a little oil. Put aside in a bowl.
Place the mustard with lemon juice in a small bowl and stir until evenly mixed.
Cut an avocado and add to the bowl with the kale.
Cut an apple into thin slices and add.
Dress with mustard sauce and toasted pine nuts.
Stir well and serve on pita bread.
