Preparation
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Wash and cut the lettuce.
Add cooked broccoli to taste.
Cut half an avocado into slices and add to the dish.
Cut an avocado in half and fill with virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Cut the remaining half of the avocado into very thin slices and make a rose.
