Vietnamese Avocado Spring Roll
Preparation Time: 10 min
Mix the soy sauce, toasted sesame seeds and sesame oil in a bowl and set aside.
In a bowl, soak the rice paper in warm water one at a time to hydrate them.
Place each piece of rice paper on a flat surface.
Add a little grated carrot, basil, mint, shrimp and avocado in the center.
Fold up on both sides and roll up.
Repeat the process with the remaining papers to make all the rolls.
Cut the rolls in half and serve with the soy sauce.
250 ml of soy sauce
1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds
1⁄2 teaspoon sesame oil
12 sheets of rice paper
2 peeled and grated carrots
20 g of basil leaves
20 got mint
125 g cooked, peeled and chilled prawns
1 pitted avocado, peeled and cut into strips
