Preparation

Place the tuna, mayonnaise, yellow pepper paste and sesame oil in a small bowl, mix well and set aside.
Season the avocado puree with salt and pepper.

100 g fresh tuna, cut into 6 mm cubes

1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 avocado, chopped, peeled, and mashed
