In a blender, blend the avocado, olive oil, lime juice, and salt and pepper to form a smooth dressing. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese and chives. Lay a slice of turkey ham on a flat surface and spread with some of the cream cheese mixture, covering the entire surface. Roll up, slice into 5 cm pieces, and set aside. Repeat with the remaining turkey ham and cream cheese mixture.
In a large bowl, add the greens and top with the sweet peppers, cherry tomatoes, and ham rolls. Serve the dressing with the salad.
