PREPARATION

In a large bowl, combine the avocado, tuna, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, celery, coriander, and walnuts. Gently toss with olive oil and lime juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 avocados, pitted, peeled, and cubed
  • 1 can (170g) water-packed tuna, drained
  • 1 medium cucumber, seeded and diced
  • 150g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 100g celery, diced 10 g coriander leaves, rinsed and finely chopped
  • 30g walnuts, chopped
  • 60ml olive oil
  • 125ml lime juice
  • Salt and pepper
